Super Easy Key Lime Pie

Summertime is key lime pie time--my all time favorite dessert. I made one yesterday in honor of my birthday, and I must say, it was delicious. But even better... it was super easy. I would tell who I pirated this recipe from, but I'm afraid he might not want his football players whom he coaches to think he's getting soft. We'll just leave it at that. If you like key lime pie without all the fuss you really should try it! (By the way, it is yet another dessert that is easy for the kids to assist with!)

Easy Key Lime Pie

You'll need:
1- 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
6 ounces of frozen limeade concentrate (not thawed)
1 cup of heavy cream
1- 6 oz graham cracker crust
Whip cream

Place the condensed milk, limeade concentrate, and heavy cream in the bowl of an electric mixer with the whisk attachment. Beat until fluffy and soft peak form.

Put in fridge until chilled, at least 4 hours (and up to over night).

Serve with whip cream and lime garnish.

Ang, this is pretty much the same recipe my dad always used for an easy treat. It's also really good with strawberry daiquiri instead of lime.
